PU. Spray Application of Poly Urethane Foam
PU Forms an Impermeable Insulation Layer of thickness as per the requirement of the Client & 45-50 kg/N13 density.
Elastomeric protective coating
After PU spray layer, Supply and apply of Elastomeric protective coating over the entire Sprayed PU foam area.
Water Test
Water leak test to done by the Client/Contractor.
Geotextile
Supply and laying Geotextile Separation layer of 100-120gsm/ with an overlap 20 cm over the entire coated area.
Slope Preparation
Supply and fixing Ridges in panels and using expansion joint boards and cement mortar.
Screed Concrete
Supply and Protective Screed concrete (M25/10) of strength and to the slope 100-150.
Joints Treatments
Supply and apply Joint Sealant to all concrete Screed joints treatments and along the parapet inter sections.
Final coat
Supply and apply of final Acrylic Cementitious UV Protective coating above the entire roof area. (Along the Parapet, Duct opening and Prebuilt Utility Stands).
