PC THANE PU TOPCOAT is single component based on the innovative PUD Technology which enables, long-chain polyurethane macromolecules to be incorporated in a water medium, forming stable dispersions.

Uses
Ideal waterproofing system for concrete roofs, polyurethane foam slabs, polyester built up roofs, maintenance of existing roofs, masonry and concrete walls, bathrooms, basements, bridges, decks, floorings, metal surfaces, etc.

Application
The surface must be thoroughly cleaned and should be free of dirt, gravel, dust and oil. The concrete should be dry and smooth. When applying directly over concrete or old, dry asphalt prime first with primer coat. When using as a top coat to protect and rejuvenate existing smooth asphalt roofs, first repair all blisters, cracks, split seams.
The coating is applied straight or diluted depending on climatic condition and nature of substrate. For easy applications it can be applied by using standard roofing brushes, roller or airless spray equipment.

Actual coverage of PCTHANE PU TOPCOAT is approximately 4-6m2 / ltr. At 80 — 90 microns DFT.
